The name
Cappuccino is named after the Capuchin friars. The colour of espresso cut with milk matched the brown of their hooded habits, and the name stuck.

The Ritual
Cappuccino
Espresso, steamed milk, a cap of foam. The most famous coffee order in the world, folded into a pouch.
The rule
In Italy it's a morning drink. Order one after lunch and you'll get a look. Rules are there to be bent, and a can fits in a pocket at any hour.
Our take
Roasted coffee up front, rounded off with a creamy finish.
